23rd Annual New Mexico Wine Festival at Bernalillo

New Mexico.  Wine Festival.  A bunch of great words with which to start a paragraph.  Especially if you get to attend.  And, of course, I do.

Once again, I’ll be on the road selling jewelry with Sabrina Colson Jewelry.  Setting up a booth at the premier wine event in New Mexico on Labor Day Weekend, September 4, 5 and 6, 2010.  Sitting in the sun with a view of the Sandias.  Tasting all the reds in New Mexico.  Hardship duty, but someone’s gotta do it. . .

Music Tent - New Mexico Wine Festival

This is the big one – over 20 wineries and great music.  Joanie & the Combos as well as the Memphis P-Tails on Saturday, Kathryn McGill and Hillary Smith on Saturday – all musicians I used to follow around Albuquerque – and a host of others that will be new to me.

The Railrunner will run (see previous post if you need to be convinced how great an idea this is), the setting is green grass fields with lots of sunshine, and the New Mexico wine is probably going to be just the thing we need after a long hot summer.  Come on out and see us.  I’m pretty sure we’ll be the girls with the smiles on our faces.
